Glennevan Cusyom home Build Step by step
1. Enter your land details
We have a simple and easy to use Questionnaire to capture all the important details about you and your lifestyle project, including the land details, such as the title and/or Section 32
2. Site Assessment
We perform a preliminary land assessment and site plan
3. Inclusions Meeting
We meet to prepare a wish list of the items you would like to see in your new lifestyle home
4. Initial Home Proposal
We provide an initial ballpark estimate based on your inclusion selections to give you an idea of the scope and cost prior to committing a more in-depth Estimate. There is no charge to you up to this step.
5. Preliminary Works
To provide an in-depth estimate we need to perform a full site survey, soil report, and order services information. We will require a $5000 deposit (forms part of your 5% deposit) for this stage to commence.
6. Finalise and Submit Paperwork
Once we have completed the preliminary works we will meet with you to discuss and finalise the inclusions and paperwork which is then submitted and we prepare the preliminary contract.
7. Preliminary Contract
You review and authorise your preliminary contract. We will then need a further $6000 deposit paid (forms part of your 5% deposit) for us to finalise full plans and Engineering specifications.
8. Colour and Electrical selections
Final colour selection is completed, along with electrical connections finalisation.
9. Finalise Building Contract
Review, finalise, and sign your building contract
10. Building Permit
We organise and apply for your building permit.
11. Demolition
If you have an existing home you will organise and have the existing home demolished and the site prepared.
12. Commence Construction
The plans are finalised and construction of your new lifestyle home commences!
